MONDAY BLUES: ARE YOU READY FOR IT II?

assalammualaikum dan salam sejahtera readers semua.... tengah wat pe je tu?? masak..?? bohong la...readers Zoul sumer konsep makan tapau je.. xyah nak propa...apa, kemas rumah?? hurmm, mcm boleh percaya..yeke korang kemas rumah, ke tengah mengunyah sambil tengok Melodi kat umah..? 

but wuteva things u'r doing rite now, STOP...and read my entry first, ok...hehehehe (^_^)




korang yang pernah baca entry Zoul last year, Zoul ada feature some tips on how to beat Monday Blues rite..ok, korang boleh klik kat sini klo korang nak baca lagi entry tuh....

but for this entry, Zoul bukan nak reminiscence those tips but i would like to add up some of the latest tips which I wish would help us overcome our laziness tomorrow...ok fine, not laziness, tapi Malas....! huhuhuhu..




korang mest senantiasa mengomplen kat kawan2 korang yang korang rasa bebal, malas, mengantuk and so on every weekdays, esp on Monday...betul x??? xyah la nak mengaku enesen....dengan Zoul korang xyah nak cover2 ok...

bila nak bangun tym pagi Isnin tuh, perrrrrggghhh, hanya Allah s.w.t je yang tahu macam mana malas nye kan....alarm tuh mmg jadi musuh utama ar tym neyh. snooze sampai alarm tuh bosan nak berdering...ok2, here are some tips that we could use to deal with the Monday Blues..




Sleep lama2 sikit

apa kata korang start korang nya pagi lambat sikit..bila Zoul cakap skit tuh, skit ye....2 jam xdikire sikit. kalo korang usually wake up at 530 or 545 am, try to wake up at 630 am instead. tido awal pada malamnye mmg xjadi. sebab most of us wud lay awake sampai waktu tido nye.




Prepare early

bila korang dah bangun lambat, korang mesti kelam kelibut kan...so, korang kena prepare awal pada malam nya. pack briefcase, iron baju, siapkan breakfast so dat tomorrow pre heat je. cuci rambut siap2 pown boleh, besok blowdry je tinggal, kalo dah kering tym tido tuh, lagi bagus..hahahaha




Don't delay

bila alarm korang yang korang set utk bangun lewat tuh dah berdering, jangan korang feeling2 models pulak. terus bangun dan bersyukur yang kita masih bernyawa. bila dah bangun tuh, tarik nafas dalam2 buat beberapa ketika and then terus ke toilet untuk mandi and siap nak Suboh. bila korang delay2, itu buat lagi berat nak bangun..




Mandi air sejuk

tym dah abis mandi tuh, end up dengan curahan air sejuk. bagi yang mandi air telaga belakang umah tuh, xpe lah, sbb dah memang sedia sejuk. kalo xpowm, jog or exercise sikit. this would tear yourself out of ur grogginess and would get ur blood pumping to release the feel-good endorphins.




Coffee...!

my fave part (as a coffee addict). caffeine would give u a much-needed oomph and alertness.moderately taken would not bring any harm rite?




Friday afternoon

and tym korang dok tergedik2 nak bercuti tym petang Jumaat tuh, apa kata korang kemas2 meja korang kasi bersih and berkilat sket. so that tym korang nak datang keje ari Isnin tuh, xdela korang terkebil2 tengok meja korang macam tapak perlupusan sampah.




Cuci otak

Monday Blues ni adalah satu permainan dalam kepala kita sendiri je. so, stop thinking about it. it's actually not exist, only in our mind. so, if we could overcome of its existence in our mind, Monday would be as great as any other day.. be positive ocay!!!




Zoul harap with these tips and hints, can help u guyz fight the Monday Blues. or u can use it everyday supaya rasa lebih bersemangat untuk ke kerja setiap hari. ok lah, Zoul nak g lunch..saper nak ikoottttt???
